How many villas are available?+
Four residences in total — three across two storeys (plots 174/5, 174/6, 174/7) and the three-storey flagship on plot 174/15. See current availability for status.
What is the guide price?+
Pricing is provided on request following an initial enquiry. Serious purchase enquiries are handled discreetly.
What does “shell” mean?+
The shell route delivers the completed structure and envelope — facade, glazing, roof and services — leaving interior finishes to the buyer's specification.
What does the turn-key option include?+
The turn-key route delivers a fully finished residence to the Dubova specification — flooring, bathrooms, interior doors and fitted elements complete.
Can buyers customise the interior?+
Yes. Residences can be furnished with top Italian brands on request, and interior specification is agreed during the purchase process.
What facade material is used?+
Vertical Linarte aluminium cladding by Renson, combined with smooth light plaster and large-format glazing. The cladding is aluminium, not timber.
What smart-home systems are specified?+
Fibre-optic high-speed internet with the home optimised for a full smart-home system.
Is parking included?+
Yes — each residence includes dedicated parking.
When is occupancy expected?+
Occupancy is expected from Spring 2027.
Can I arrange a private viewing or meeting?+
